Salesforce Consultant

Skills/Requirements:

• Experience Required : 3+ years.
• Exposure to Salesforce products and services.
• Should have hands on experience in configuration and navigation of Salesforce products.
• Should have hands on experience in requirement gathering, documentation of BRD, FRD, process flows, reports and dashboards.
• Should be able to liase with technical team to explain the functional requirement.
• Should maintain and track user stories and test cases and traceability metrics.
• Should be client facing and drive demo and pre-sales.
